We ship all in-stock merchandise promptly via ground delivery. Although all our products are fully stocked before we offer them to you, occasionally demand exceeds supply. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated time of arrival. There is no extra charge for back ordered shipments if we temporarily run out of a product you select. We will not substitute an unrequested beauty care product for a product that is not available at the time of your purchase.

Ship to a different address?

If you're away from home or prefer to have your parcel sent to a different address, just notify your AuCourant representative and we will make all the arrangements. If you order by mail, just attach the address infromation to your order form.
